Marine Insight Club – Terms and Condition of Usage

By purchasing a membership and creating an account on https://club.marineinsight.com, you (“User”, “You”) agree to abide by the following Terms of Use, which govern your access to and use of Marine Insight’s integrated educational ecosystem.

1. Scope of Services

Marine Insight Club Membership grants access to:

  • MarineGPT (AI-powered maritime assistant)

  • Marine Insight Academy (Marine Insight created courses)

  • Marine Insight Mobile App (for Marine Insight owned eBook access)

To activate full benefits, members must register on all three platforms using the same email ID provided during Club registration.

2. User Registration & Verification

  • You are required to register an account on each platform using the same email ID used during payment.

  • Membership access will be manually activated upon successful verification of payment and email match across platforms.

  • A confirmation email will be sent with credentials to access premium content.

3. GDPR & Data Consent

In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), by creating an account on https://club.marineinsight.com, you grant Marine Insight and its affiliated platforms (MarineGPT, Marine Insight Academy, Marine Insight Mobile App) permission to:

  • Store and use your registered email address

  • Link your membership details across platforms

  • Contact you regarding updates, access instructions, and exclusive member-only offers

Data Usage:
Your email will only be used for legitimate business purposes within the Marine Insight ecosystem. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting support@marineinsight.com, but doing so may result in termination of your access to membership benefits.

4. Payment Terms

  • No access will be granted until payment is verified.

  • All payments are processed via https://club.marineinsight.com.

  • A valid student ID will be needed to access the “Student Plan”.

  • No valid student ID results in student plan suspension and an upgrade to the Professional Plan is required.

  • Marine Insight reserves the right to manually approve or revoke access based on payment validation.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital educational products and services:

  • No refunds will be provided post 48 hours of the membership activation and access being granted.

  • Exceptions may be considered for duplicate payments or technical errors. Contact support within 7 days of payment for any dispute.

6. Account Usage

  • Each membership is individual and non-transferable.


    Sharing login credentials or attempting unauthorized access may result in termination of membership without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials (courses, eBooks, tools, AI content) are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of Marine Insight. Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.

Any copyright violation will result in termination of membership without refund.

8. Platform Access

While Marine Insight strives to provide seamless access across all its platforms (MarineGPT, Marine Insight Academy, and the Marine Insight Mobile App), we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times. However, we are committed to fairness and transparency in service continuity.

Marine Insight reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue services, providing notice to the users due to unforeseen technical issues, security concerns, or system upgrades.

  • Conduct planned maintenance activities with prior notice, scheduled during periods that are least likely to affect users, typically during non-peak hours or weekends.

  • In the event of unplanned service disruption lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, your membership validity will be automatically extended by the number of days the service remained inaccessible. This ensures you always receive the full value of your membership.

 

9. Liability Limitation

Marine Insight will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of its platforms

  • User errors during registration or access setup

  • Third-party service outages (e.g., payment gateways, hosting providers)

10. Modification of Terms

Marine Insight reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
